Open workspaces, natural light and period features

Elliot House is a beautiful period building in central Marylebone which comprises office space over retail accommodation. Our job was to complete a CAT A fit out of two 75m² office spaces set out over two floors. 

The client wanted to maintain the charm of the building and also create bigger, more open workspaces to allow the natural light to spread throughout the whole office.

As well as the refurbishment of original features, new openings were created and the necessary structural supports were installed.

We designed and fitted the new lighting, installed new timber floor, a new comfort cooling system and completed the fit out of the WC and tea point.
