A workspace bursting with original features

It was really important to the landlords of Pear Tree Court that the original features were exposed and refurbished. 

During construction the extent of the work grew considerably and ensuring building regulations were satisfied when exposing the soffits were challenges that the team worked hard on. The result is a beautiful work space with exposed timber and blue/green steel, fantastic staircases with leather balusters plus a newly restored facade. 

Spread over 5 floors plus a mezzanine, works also included an impressive new double height reception, terrace areas, facilities, all new mechanical services, lighting scheme and refurbished office accommodation.
