Dynamic and functional with a social core

This well established engineering firm placed a large emphasis on employee gratification.

Three existing workspaces were combined to create one new large office with plenty of space for expansion. The impressive kitchen and dining area was built in the middle of the space creating an exciting central hub which encourages staff to congregate. A wellness room and welcoming reception were also on the agenda. 

As well as the construction and fitting of the above, works on this Cat B fit out included extending the men’s toilets and adding a disabled toilet, creating a print area and comms room, separating the reception area with partitions and built in storage, reconfiguring electrical and ventilation and changing the flooring to distinguish between work and break out areas.
