Stylish fit out in the heart of London

In terms of design this Cat B office fit out is very cool. The mood is reflective of a gentleman’s club and wouldn’t be out of place on the film set for Mad Men. Here black features throughout, ironmongery, full height doors and light fixtures and it perfectly complements the dark walnut furniture and acoustic panels, leather seating and mid century style armchairs. Everything lightened up and modernised by the pastel green kitchen and plants.

We believe one of our strengths at EC1 Build is that we have an in house design team and this became critical during the pre-construction process, when we developed design options to establish the client’s budget requirements, whilst keeping the design intact.

A full Cat B fit out post dilapidation, works included new electrical, audio visual, lighting and plumbing, modifications to existing ventilation and air conditioning, new ceilings, stud and glass partitions, timber and carpet flooring, acoustic panelling plus full decorating.
