EC1 was employed to design and deliver a sleek and modern upgrade to the outdated 3rd and 5th floors, providing a newly furnished ‘Plug & Play’ workspace. In addition to refurbishing the space for functionality, we specified and supplied all the furniture, from desks to feature pieces, crafting an attractive environment for a variety of future tenants.

Following a full strip-out, the refurbishment included installing new flooring, glass-partitioned meeting rooms, tea points, lighting, furniture, and decorative elements.
