Seamless plug-and-play to accommodate a variety of businesses

After successfully completing the work on Level One of 16 Portland Street last year, EC1 were invited back to handle the refurbishments on Levels 2, 3, and 4.

The client was eager to provide a seamless plug-and-play setup for future tenants. We collaborated closely with them to deliver flexible options that would accommodate a wide range of business types and their unique requirements.

Works involved a complete strip out and refurbishment, bathrooms, tea points, common parts, new partitions, timber flooring, new ceilings, and doors, new HVAC and electrical provisions, procurement of new furniture throughout.
